Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Program Development and Management: 

– Assist in the development and implementation of programs focused on health, education, and emotional intelligence. 

– Coordinate and manage events, workshops, and webinars aimed at raising awareness and educating the community.

– Collaborate with digital marketing team members to create content and materials for programs and events.

  •  Community Engagement: 

– Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partners to foster strong relationships and support for our initiatives.

– Collect and analyze feedback from program participants to continuously improve our offerings.

  •   Leadership and Initiative: 

– Demonstrate leadership in planning and executing projects with minimal supervision.

 – Identify opportunities for new projects and initiatives that align with our mission. 

  -Inspire and motivate team members and volunteers through example and mentorship.

  •   Communication and Outreach: 

– Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our programs and events.

 – Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage with a broader audience.

 – Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the impact of our work to stakeholders and donors.

  • Administrative Duties:

 – Maintain accurate records and documentation of programs, events, and community interactions. 

– Assist with fundraising activities and grant applications as needed.
