Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling Channel Partners across assigned territory generating revenue by visiting existing partners and onboarding new Business.
- Must visit per day 5 franchises.
- Creating joining business plans working closely with partners, field sales team, marketing, pre-sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring that the franchisee activities and work is as per company policy and providing necessary SOP training wherever needed.
- Providing continuous training about policies, processes, development awareness to channel partners.
- Working with franchise and new customers for sales growth.
- Holding meeting and review sessions with franchisees.
- Monitoring collection activities, digitized activities and channel operations on a daily basis and ensure consistent revenue collection.
- Working with franchise and new customers for sales growth.
Skills:
- Good communication – English/Kannada-Mandate
- Should be comfortable in Travelling / Bike Mandate.
- Should be flexible as per the business requirement.
