Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Follow–up with leads to increase sales.
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and then show properties that meet those needs.
  • Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and  seamless transaction experience.
  • Attract prospective clients to promote new business.
  • Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighbourhood.
  • Provide guidance on market conditions, pricing, and property options.
  • General shift timing and rotational week off.
  • Assist clients in making offers and guide them through the negotiation process.

Required Qualification and skills:

  • Should be able to speak English with conversational Tamil
  • Work together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
