Roles and Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows 7, 8 & 10 Pro)
  • Providing technical support to ensure high degree of customer happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance.
  • Handling the escalation calls and providing satisfying service to customers. Maintaining      Vendor contact details, AMC details and Escalation matrix and doing the needful when required.
  • Maintaining the asset inventory of the organisation.
  • Outlook configuration /Suite/ O365 configuration
  • Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware (Printer, Scanner, Laptop, Desktop, CCTV, etc) and software applications problems. Configuring & troubleshooting Desktop/Laptops and managing backup and recovery.
  • Installing Printers over the network or sharing the locally installed printer to other users. Configuring & troubleshooting of Printer, Scanner & LAN related issues reported by users.
  • Installation and configuring of wireless Data Cards in users laptops.
  • Installation and configuration of VPN and other basic software. Account unlock & Password
  • Remotely resolving application problems and mail configurations through TeamViewer, Manage Engine UEM, Remote desktop connection, Zoom, Teams APP.
  • Firewall: Have Sufficient knowledge of Firewalls/adding rules on firewalls. Managing Hardware Firewall.
  • Creating & Restoring backup, Nat Policies, Creating the VPN Id’s, Website blocking policies, Port forwarding Etc.
  • Windows Servers: Installation of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 & 2016, Roles, DHCP & DNS Server, Creating the Shadow Copy, Creating users & Managed Active Directory, DHCP.
  • Server. Configuring the basic policies as per the organization needs.
  •Networking: Have ability to troubleshoot network issues on the Router Level. Configuration of Router, CISCO Switches, CCTV Camera & NVR.
  • Desktop /Laptop call management for all Pan India Branches.
  • Antivirus patch implementation on desktops & Laptops.
• Windows patch implementation on desktops & Laptops.
  • Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Eligibility criteria – Knowledge on desktop support field.
• Good Knowledge in troubleshooting issues with Laptops, Desktops, Network, printers, scanners and applications.
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Hindi Language is mandatory.
