Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and goals.
  • Educate clients on our product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Offer tailored product recommendations based on individual requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to stay up to date on product updates and enhancements.
  • Assist in product demonstrations and trials, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of the product’s capabilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and product recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to better serve clients.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products or services.
  • Participate in product training and development programs to enhance expertise.
