Responsibility:

Webinar Management:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct webinars to engage with potential and existing customers.
  • Develop webinar content and collaborate with subject matter experts.
  • Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, promotion, and technical setup.
  • Track and analyze webinar performance metrics to improve future sessions.

Public Relations (PR):

  •  Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and increase brand awareness.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  • Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign effectiveness.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Product Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet product sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.

Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure effective communication and information flow within the team and across departments.

Skills:

  • Proven knowledge in conducting and managing webinars.
  • Strong understanding of PR and CRM principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
