Role and Responsibilities

• Running day-to-day operations and implementing the strategy for the City Operations.
• Understand every process deeply and implement new processes for optimization and increasing efficiency
• Coordinating & lead with the fields team and constantly evaluate the field operations, implementing the standard operating procedures (SOPs), taking corrective actions and strengthening the position.
• Drive projects to maximize the quality of Batteries available in the field
• Will be part of the control room team to drive operational efficiency on ground

Required qualification and skills:

• E-Commerce, Logistics, Mobility background preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Other Details and Shift timings

• Open to work in rotational shifts and 6 days working.
• Morning shift – 6.00Am – 2.00Pm
• Afternoon shift – 2.00Pm -10.00Pm
• Night shift – 10.00Pm – 6.00 Am (WFH -Nightshift Only)
