Job Profile:

As a Vendor Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and support. Your responsibilities will encompass vendor on-boarding, issue resolution, and ongoing communication to guarantee the effective delivery of services and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor On-boarding
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process for new vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Gather necessary documentation and information to establish a productive working relationship,
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Manage vendor contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Regularly assess vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with vendors to implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and vendors.
  • Provide regular updates on vendor performance and any changes in processes.
  • Analyse vendor-related data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
  • Utilize data insights to enhance the efficiency of vendor relationships.

Skills:

  • Understanding of how CRM systems work (#Hubspot/ #Freshdesk/ #Salesforce/ #Zoho)
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and technology-driven environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software.
  • Knowledge on MS SQL and/or Testing is a plus.

Other Details:

The candidates need to carry their personal laptop and ensure the following application/software is installed in their laptop:

  • Visual Studio – Version 2019 – Community
  • Notepad ++
  • SSMS – Version 2019
  • MySQL
  • 2.75 to 3 LPA + 5L Mediclaim + Group Term Life Insurance.
  • After 6 months – Performance based appraisal + 50,000 bonus
