Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and trained Junior Scrum Master to assist in the facilitation of agile processes within our SaaS product teams. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree and have a fundamental understanding of agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and facilitating the agile development process for one or more SaaS product teams
  • Support the Product Head and senior Scrum Masters in executing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure that all Scrum processes are followed and help in identifying areas for process improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product management to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assist in tracking progress and performance metrics, such as burndown charts and velocity, and communicate these to the Product Head
  • Help identify and remove any impediments or blockers to ensure that the team stays focused on sprint goals
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Document and maintain all scrum artifacts including sprint backlogs, task boards, and action items
  • Collaborate with the Product Head to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliverables

  • Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team discussions
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and remove obstacles
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Technical aptitude to understand product features and development processes
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software (desired)
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and the software development lifecycle (preferred)

The candidates need to carry their personal laptop and ensure the following application/software is installed in their laptop :

  1. Visual Studio – Version 2019 – Community
  2. Notepad ++
  3. SSMS – Version 2019
  4. MySQL
  • 3 LPA + 5L Mediclaim + Group Term Life Insurance.
  • After 6 months – Performance based appraisal + 50,000 bonus.
