Roles and Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Management:

  • Handle inbound leads and engage with potential customers via email, WhatsApp, Skype, and video calls.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide thorough information about our software products.

Product Expertise and Demonstration:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our software products.
  • Conduct product demos to potential customers, showcasing features and benefits effectively.

Commercial Negotiation:

  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to close sales deals.
  • Prepare and present proposals that align with customer needs and company objectives.

Internal Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical support, product development) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.

Flexibility:

  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to communicate with clients in different time zones.

Communication Skills:

  • Effectively communicate with clients from various regions, adapting to different cultural norms and expectations
  • Maintain professional and clear communication across all platforms.

Outbound Sales:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
  • Identify and reach out to potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Knowledge with sales tools and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work nonstandard hours as needed.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media and online sales techniques
