Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls and emails to introduce products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients. Conduct virtual presentations to showcase products/services to clients.
  • Address client queries and objections to facilitate sales closures.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall sales success. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Share insights and feedback to contribute to the improvement of sales strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market intelligence.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
