Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with leads generated through various channels, including but not limited to, digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Present and explain insurance products effectively, addressing any concerns and objections to facilitate lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to expedite policy issuance while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and provide timely updates throughout the issuance process.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance overall customer experience and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to expand the company network and generate potential leads.
  • Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
