Job description

Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic Sales Trainee to join our team. This role involves comprehensive training to learn sales fundamentals, client relationship management, and the promotion of our company’s solutions, preparing you for a successful sales career.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage with key corporate clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
• Utilize digital channels for outreach and maintaining client communication.
• Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and understand client requirements to tailor our offerings.
• Create new sales opportunities through strategic planning and client interactions.
• Close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Training Period: 2 months with a stipend of Rs 15,000 per month.
• Post-Training Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs 28,000 per month, based on performance.
• Monthly Achievement Rewards: Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets.
• Conveyance: Up to Rs. 2,000 per month.
