Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions for non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social networks.
- Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule further rounds with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closures of job openings.
- Maintain a candidate database and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
