 Job description:

The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program to gain knowledge of jewellery retail operations. Trainees will support store management in daily operations, sales, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising. Post-training, they will take on managerial responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in store operations,
• Inventory management, staff management, and customer service.
• Assist in ensuring smooth store operations, visual merchandising, and optimizing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
