Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to help streamline and support the daily operations of our company. This role will involve coordinating with the leadership team, clients, and testers to ensure smooth business processes, and providing administrative, financial, and operational support.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations and execute strategic tasks assigned by leadership.
  • Serve as a liaison between the leadership team, clients, and testers.
  • Provide administrative support to improve business efficiency.
  • Manage client invoicing and payment reminders to ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare proposals and Statements of Work (SoW) for ongoing and prospective
  •  
  • Oversee payment workflows and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Handle tester queries, focusing on improving tester satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure smooth communication and foster strong relationships within the team
  • and with external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of company operations, client data, and payment details to ensure smooth workflow and easy retrieval of information when needed.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary resources are always available and tracking usage.
  • Identify inefficiencies within operational processes and work with the team to suggest improvements for better productivity and service delivery.
  • Organize and maintain important company documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and resources are available.

Skill Required:

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and invoicing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Other Details

  • Starting 3 months’ Salary will be 20K, after that Salary will be Revised
