Job description:

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO will act as the right hand to the CEO, not only managing day-to-day executive tasks but also taking ownership of high-level projects. The EA will serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring that key initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and monitored.

Roles and Responsibilities

Executive Support

  1. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents for the CEO.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal teams and external partners.
  3. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  4. Assist with drafting, reviewing, and distributing emails, reports, and other communication on behalf of the CEO.

Project Management

  1. Lead, coordinate, and track cross-functional projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  2. Monitor the progress of key initiatives, identify roadblocks, and provide regular updates to the CEO.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  4. Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and maintain project documentation.
  5. Use project management tools to organize tasks and report outcomes to the CEO.

Operational Support

  1. Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide follow-up support for action items.
  2. Organize company-wide events, meetings, and leadership offsites.
  3. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Other Details

  • Directly Reporting to CEO
  • Work From Home (US Night Shift)
  • Work timings: 9PM to 5 AM IST
