Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts. The Junior Recruiter will assist in identifying, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Post job openings on internal and external job boards
• Support onboarding processes and document collection
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback
• Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs
• Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
