Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sell Our Products (internet-connected devices for water management) to residential apartments and commercial buildings
- Meet prospective customers, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasize product features and benefits
- Generate leads, attend pre-fixed meetings and network with existing customers to create a pipeline for sales
- Follow-up after the presentation, prospect visits, negotiate pricing and ensure closures
- Ensure payment collections from existing and new customers
- Developing a comprehensive and aligned strategic plan for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
- Identifying product improvements or new product requirements as per the current industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Required Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively intracity and sometimes intercity
- Should have a sense of ownership to complete projects independently
- Good Time management and presentation skills
- Valid Driving License with own vehicle
