Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups
• Generate and manage invoices and bills accurately
• Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly/yearly closing
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions, bills, and receipts
• Prepare GST, TDS, and statutory reports and assist with filing
• Support in audit preparation and compliance-related tasks
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customers for financial clarifications
• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements if required
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial data

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (preferred for freshers, expected for experienced candidates)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and general MS Office tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications:

• Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or related degree
• Certification in Tally (preferred but not mandatory)
• Internship or hands-on experience in accounts/billing (for freshers, optional)
