Job description:

This position requires US Insurance Knowledge. You should be an initiative-taker, motivated, with good people skills as well as a positive and flexible approach to problems. The applicant should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tight delivery deadline.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• This role focuses on ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the insurance operations, contributing to a positive customer experience and the overall success of the insurance provider.
• Manages and streamlines the various tasks involved in policy administration, claims processing, and customer service related to commercial vehicle insurance.

Other Details:

• Night Shift 5days a week and Night Shift Allowance would be provided
• Night Shift Timing – 5:30 pm to 2:00 am IST.
• Pickup and Drop Cab facility.
