Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and processes claims in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as to productivity and quality standards.
- Consistently maintains production and quality standards based on quality control expectations.
- Adaptability in cross training and multiple tasking.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of claims.
- Assists claimants, providers, and clients with problems or questions regarding their claims and/or policies.
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Typing Abilities
Other Details:
- Night Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- Night Shift Allowance will be provided
- Cab Facility, Hybrid Mode
- 10 Days Work from Office & 10 Days Work from Home
- An online typing test will be conducted, along with an assessment of communication skills
