Job description:
We are hiring a GRADUATE TRAINEE ENGINEER to join our IT team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Candidates have to respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote tools, or in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Windows and Mac environments.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset management, and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on workstations and software.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure all support requests are properly logged and tracked in the ticketing system.
• Assist in deploying new IT equipment and upgrading existing hardware/software.
• Provide support for video conferencing, Surveillance systems and remote access tools.

Required Skills:
• B.Tech, ECE, IT with 80 % aggregate throughout their academics.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote desktop tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Soft Skills: Problem-Solving, Communication, Customer Service Orientation, Time Management, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Adaptability.
