Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the Reporting Head and follow up daily assigned activities based on Project schedules and technical documents & drawings.
• Preparing the material issue indents to issue components from stores required for daily & weekly production activities.
• Arranging and daily monitoring of the issued materials at shoop floor properly to avoid any damages and in proper storage racks.
• Coordinating with Factory employees to arrange the required drawings, materials, machineries, tools etc and provide technical support to allow their smooth operation.
• Supervising at shop floor/factory to ensure defect free assembly of piping components and equipment.
• Reporting the progress on daily basis /shift basis through mail and highlighting the concerns to avoid any deviation.
• Offering the completed activities to QC Engineer(s) for inspection and update the Job Travellers and applicable records online.
• Daily updation of records as per Quality Manual.
• Coordinating with the purchase team to arrange the consumables required for production.
• Reviewing and arranging the materials required during execution through proper coordination with Senior Engineers.
• Coordinating with other units for material movement and arranging. Safe loading and unloading to be ensured.
• Support the Testing team during pre-FAT & FAT to ensure hassle free activities.
• Packing of the components with assigned technicians to ensure damage free packing and preparing packing lists for the despatch.
