ETOE is a unique and innovative EdTech Company based out of Bangalore. ETOE is a one-stop solution for the needs of graduating students, and Colleges. Our mission is to help Graduating Students find the right job opportunities and take them from Education to Employment.

We take pride in empanelling more than 500 top companies [PAN INDIA] to facilitate the placements, internships, and industrial visits for students of Colleges/Universities based on their individual streams. The ARCADE program is a holistic training and placement workshop for graduation and post-graduation students. The program begins with a pre-assessment and then curated training is provided to students based on the assessment. Upon completion of the program, students go through a post-assessment and are then assisted with placement opportunities* from among our partner companies.

We train the students on Effective Communication, Corporate etiquette, Decision Making, Logical Reasoning, Leadership Skills, Analytical Thinking and many more. Please download the brochure to get complete details of the program.

Yes, Training is completely free of cost

We not only observed that a lot of fresh graduates were affected because of the pandemic, but also the Companies were struggling to find the right candidates too.

We came across plenty of companies who are looking for the right candidates and vice versa. So we felt the necessity to bridge this gap by making sure the right candidate gets the right opportunity.
