Overview
The Faculty is directly responsible for delivering top-of-the-line knowledge to its students. It’s their competence that helps uphold the reputation of the institution.
While most teachers pay full attention to improving their subject matter expertise, a common struggle is faced when teachers have to handle a new batch of students who are often poles apart from the previous batch. Also with technology and learning experiences evolving each year, it’s unreasonable to expect them to keep abreast of all of the latest trends and teaching strategies without the proper preparation.
ETOE PUNDIT – The Faculty Development Program (FDP) intends to upskill teachers with various Skills such as ADVANCED TEACHING SKILLS, CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION & PRESENTATION SKILLS, CREATIVE THINKING, DEDICATION, TEACHING TECHNIQUES & STRESS MANAGEMENT, DIGITAL LITERACY PROGRAM, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, and LEADERSHIP SKILLS, PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT, PEDAGOGY, STUDENT PSYCHOLOGY, TIME MANAGEMENT etc ..
