WHO CAN APPLY FOR THIS PROGRAM?

Graduate Students of batches 2022, 2023 and 2024.

I BELONG TO THE 2018, AND 2019 BATCHES, CAN I JOIN?

No, Unfortunately, the Industry does not consider these batches as Freshers

IS THERE ANY TRAINING INCLUDED?

Yes and No. No if your already skilled enough for the jobs. Yes, if you weren’t skilled.

Are THE Mentoring Sessions FREE OF COST?

Yes, Mentoring Sessions are completely Free of Cost

WHAT IS CALLED AS PAY AFTER PLACEMENT?

Pay After Placement is a methodology where the payment is done only after you are placed and receive an offer letter

CAN I SEE AN AGREEMENT COPY?

Yes, You will receive a copy of the Agreement once you express your interest in the program.

WHAT IS THE PLACEMENT FEE?

10% of Annual CTC offered by the Company paid in 3 equal instalments

DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT?

No, You don’t need to pay anything upfront

DO YOU GIVE A GUARANTEE ON PLACEMENT, HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU TAKE FOR PLACEMENT?

We can guarantee you the job opportunities, but placement is in your and the Employer’s hands. Placements start right after the completion of Screening.

WHAT IF WE LOSE OUR JOB WITHIN 6 MONTHS?

If you lose the job because of conduct /behavior, we won’t engage with you at all, but if you lose the job because the company is closing or downsizing, we will re-register you into the PAP program, and all the terms and conditions of the PAP program will apply to you. Please note that Re-Registration is subjective to you paying all the payments due to the company.

DO I HAVE TO ACCEPT THE FIRST JOB OFFER LETTER?

Not necessary, you can choose to ignore the offer. However, if you have accepted the offer you must join. Failing to do so can lead to the termination of the agreement. We strongly advise students to make the decision based on Job market conditions.

IS THERE INTEREST ON MY INSTALMENTS?

No, the instalments are completely Interest-Free. However, there is a penalty if you don’t pay the amount in time.

WHEN DOES MY PAP PAYMENT START?

It starts as soon as you receive and accepted the offer.

IS ATTENDANCE MANDATORY FOR Mentoring Sessions?

Yes, Attendance is mandatory. Without attendance, you will not qualify for getting job opportunities.

My Agreement was terminated because I did not answer the calls regarding the Job Interviews. Can I re-register for the PAP Program?

Yes, you can re-register, but there will be a fee that you need to pay to get registered again into the PAP program. You need to write an email to “[email protected]” expressing your interest to re-register.

I am not receiving any Job Postings recently, May I know the reason?

If you are not getting any Job notifications for more than two weeks, very likely your agreement might have been terminated, and the following reasons can lead to an automatic termination of the Agreement

If you are not answering our team member’s calls
If you are not calling back after reading our messages
If you are not attending interviews after confirmation
If you are not applying for the jobs that you have expressed interest in.
