G S Raju is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ETOE. He is responsible for Strategic Direction, Growth, and Operations across all the network of offices. In his 37+ years of meaningful experience, G S Raju has held a number of Senior Management Executive responsibilities across the globe including the USA, Middle East, and India. He was also the principal architect of several business turnarounds. G S Raju shaped high-performance culture with people at the helm and is a proven leader with verifiable year after year success in achieving revenue, profits, and growth in large-scale Start-Ups, Turn Around, and Rapid Change Environments.

G S Raju previously served as a Group Vice President of Guardian Industries Corporation headquartered at Auburn Hills, Michigan, where he held several leadership positions for 20 years. He was responsible for overseeing regional businesses of the USA, the Middle East & North Africa, and Southeast Asia. Prior to Guardian, G S Raju worked 10 years in core technical areas of the Petrochemical Industry in India with successful Companies such as LG Polymers and India Glycols Limited.

G S Raju is very successful at building high-performance executive teams and recruited top talent to fill the talent bench which significantly contributed to the success of the Organizations. He led Operations, Business Development, Product Development, Sales & Marketing and Finance across a wide geography, and dealt diligently with “Boards” and “Joint Venture Partners” for necessary communication and budgetary approvals. G S Raju is a natural Coach and Mentor with superior Communication & Interpersonal Skills. As his colleagues say, “He served with Friendship, Mentorship, and Leadership”.

After very successful Business Leadership roles, G S Raju returned to India on a sabbatical and worked as, “Pro bono” for four years to serve the underprivileged in his own capacity utilizing all the experience and knowledge. He worked extensively with farmers to bring back their “Earnings and Dignity”. During this period, G S Raju influenced around 24,000 farmers and made them not only profitable but also to take charge of their own lives. G S Raju is also an advisor for many Farmer Groups and Non-Profits.

Praveen Kumar

Chief Product Officer

Praveen is the Founder and Chief product Officer of ETOE. Praveen’s core strength is breakthrough innovation and he is also a creative individual. He is a visionary thinker with a global perspective and entrepreneur by heart. His Key contribution to enterprise-level planning and decision-making is remarkable. His research, problem identification and solving capabilities led to many ideas in the sectors of Government, Social/Service, and IT industry. He is well conversant with the e-governance of industry requirements.

Praveen’s 13 years of experience includes the transformation of product ideas from their formidable stages into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects while maintaining a serious consideration of the financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives of the business. Early in his career, he built and proposed a centralized system for the Department of the Ministry of Education and he was instrumental in getting an advanced campus management system for Andhra University, JNTU, and Horticulture University with six sigma standards. An end-to-end Automation solution for the Republic of South Africa Department of Education was also proposed by him. Praveen also spearheaded the project on the importance of education by Aksharam and Pasimanasulu project(s) for Andhra and Punjab state government schools.

Praveen has acquired his Engineering degree from Andhra University.

Rengarajan R

Head of Sales and Business Development

Ramanujam Rengarajan – marketing strategist, motivational speaker, and traditional astrologer cum palmist – is a graduate in maths. He has worked for 20+ years with leading organisations in the education industry. During his stints at middle and senior-level management, he has contributed to revenue for his organisation through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

During his 14 years of business development and 6 years of branch management with some of the leading education service providers like Everonn Education, NIIT, WLC college, Emerge and ELS he has handled B2B and B2C marketing at middle and senior management levels.

At Everonn he was responsible for launching part MBA courses, exam preparatory, basic computing courses for government staff inside 30 government/aided schools. During his stint over there he was able to enrol more than 300 students in a year using some innovative promotional tools.

In his role at Emerge Learning as the product and sales head, he was responsible for developing an industry-endorsed value-added certification cum training module for college students called i-connect. With this solution, he tied up with more than a dozen colleges across South India.

At NIIT and WLC college he successfully managed the counselling and placement support roles. At the WLC college, he was successful in enabling the placement of students with an average salary of INR 6 lacs.

He has extensive experience helping students choose the right career through his expertise. Apart from his business development acumen he is a wonderful motivational speaker and has done sessions on stress management, goal setting to specific target segments.

Analytical to the core and a person with a spiritual outlook he is good at singing loves driving cars and playing chess. A passionate Kishore Kumar, SPB fan, and singer, he believes in being a guide to upcoming students and society.
